Through the website’s contact form we collect the following personal data:

• First and last name

• Mobile phone number
• Company name (if provided)
• Message or project/idea description

Additionally, we collect anonymous technical and usage data through analytics and security tools (see section 3.3).

3. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively to:

1. handle requests submitted through the contact form,
2. recontact the user and provide information about our services,
3. evaluate any proposals or commercial requests,
4. ensure website security and proper functioning (through Google reCAPTCHA),
5. analyze website traffic anonymously (through Google Analytics 4).

We do not use the data for marketing or profiling purposes.

4. Methods of Processing

Data transmitted via the contact form is sent by email to an internal company contact.
Analytics and technical data are processed through automated systems that anonymize IP addresses and aggregate statistics.
All data is processed electronically and in paper form, in compliance with the security measures required by law.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

• Art. 6.1.b GDPR – performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (contact requests and information),
• Art. 6.1.a GDPR – consent of the data subject (submission of the request and acceptance of cookies/analytics),
• Art. 6.1.f GDPR – legitimate interest (website security and aggregate statistical analysis).

6. Data Retention

• Contact form data: retained for up to 12 months.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): retained for up to 14 months, in anonymous form.
• reCAPTCHA verification logs: retained for the time strictly necessary to ensure security.

7. Data Recipients

Data may be processed by:

• authorized internal staff,
• hosting and email service providers,
• Google Ireland Ltd. (provider of Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA services).

Data is not transferred outside the European Union, except as permitted by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by Google.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Users may:

• access their personal data,
• request rectification or deletion,
• restrict or object to processing,
• obtain data portability.

9. Complaints

10. Use of Google Services

• Google Analytics 4 is used with IP anonymization enabled and without sharing data with other Google services.
  Data is collected in aggregated, non-identifiable form for statistical purposes only.
• Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect contact forms from automated abuse.
  This service may collect technical data such as IP address and browser characteristics, solely for security purposes.
